Anderson's Fibre Blend

A special blend of effective, all-natural, soluble and insoluble fibres with a unique probiotic to gently sweep, tone, and support the healthy function of the digestive and elimination systems.

Features:

• Contains whole Psyllium Seed (and husk), an excellent source of insoluble giber. Insoluble fibre doesn’t break down in the body. It stays in the intestine, absorbing water, which reduces intestinal transit time.
• Contains apple pectin, one of seven forms of fiber. Pectin is a complex carbohydrate that occurs naturally in ripe fruits (apple, pears, plums, etc.) and certain vegetables.
• LB Pre-Biotic. Prebiotics act as a bifidogenic factor; that is, it supports the growth of bifidobacteria or the “friendly” bacteria.*
• Manufactured at a cGMP facility
• Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free

Suggested Use: Consume 1 scoop at a time, up to 3 scoops daily. Mix with water, juice, smoothies, or food. This fibre has minimal flavour and is not harmed in cooking. For best results, consume plenty of fluids daily.
