the internal and external needs of the body.
Suggested Intake:
3-6 tablets daily with meals.
Six tablets provide the following:
Vitamin A
This vitamin is critical to normal cellular growth
and differentiation. Without sufficient amounts of
Vitamin A, mucin or appropriate keratinisation can
occur. Tissues with rapid turnover are the first to
show signs of deficiency such as the epithelial cells
of the respiratory tract, mouth, intestines and urinary
tract.1 It has been shown to be helpful for numerous
skin conditions, including acne.2
Vitamin E
The antioxidant properties of Vitamin E help protect
skin cells from oxidative damage, such as ultra-violet
radiation.3 Vitamin E also acts synergistically with
selenium, which has been found in lower levels in
skin cancer patients.4
Choline
Choline is an essential nutrient that plays a role
in the proper functioning and metabolism of fats in
the liver. It is an important component of cell membranes.5
It also functions as lipotropic factor and aids in
detoxification processes
Folic Acid
All epithelial tissues need folic acid for reproduction
and healing. Tissues that have turnover more rapidly
will often manifest signs of deficiency more quickly
than other cells.
