Tips for Lessening Stress in Ones' Life
The key to surviving and thriving in the midst of
daily stress is to adapt. It is important to realize
that stress only becomes distress under the right
circumstances. A wedding ranks high in the stress
charts, but in general, it is not perceived in a negative
light so the physiological response does not instill
the same damaging effect as a negative stressor. It
is also important to find time to relax, to allow
the body to rejuvenate. Proper nourishment and replacement
of nutrients is critical when dealing with stress.
