Formulation
This product was formulated with a specific series
of conditions in mind. All to often the human body
manifests with symptoms of being overwhelmed. This
results from not being able to regain a state of relaxation
and balance.
Research on the topic of insomnia inevitably points
to physiological imbalances, and the corrections of
those imbalances. The inability to relax and sleep
is a symptom of the body's inability to "change gears"
so to speak. Our bodies have a natural rhythm which
involves the wake - sleep cycle. Prolonged stress
and unresolved daily events can push our bodies towards
imbalance. This formula is intended to assist with
relaxing an overworked mind and body.

combine to produce a calming, sedative effect. It
is known as a safe, non-narcotic, herbal tranquilizer;
effective against headaches, insomnia, muscle twitching,
spasms and heart palpitations. Leaves one feeling
refreshed instead of strung out. The active ingredient
in Valerian root is known as Valium. Since it is the
actual form of the synthesized form, it doesn't have
the side effects. Valerian root is rich in magnesium,
potassium, copper, lead, and zinc.
Black Cohosh (Cimicifuga racemosa): The American
Indian women used Black Cohosh for its ability to
relieve pain and cramping during the menstrual period.
During childbirth, Black Cohosh aids uterine contractions
and reduces pain. It also contains natural oestrogen,
the female hormone, and has a mild sedative effect.
It has the ability to neutralize poisons and uric
acid in the blood stream and remove them from the
body. Black Cohosh contains moderate amounts of calcium,
magnesium, potassium, and iron and contains smaller
amounts of vitamin A, inositol, pantothenic acid,
silicon and phosphorus.
Skull Cap (Scutellaria lateriflora): Skull
Cap is used to help those that are having problems
sleeping by allowing them to relax and retire before
going to sleep. It calms and quiets the nerves of
those that are easily excited. It is very good for
those that suffer from tremors, spasms, muscle twitching,
hypersensitivity, convulsions, epilepsy, and migraines.

which effect the nervous system in rheumatism or neuritis.
Skull cap is high in calcium, potassium, and magnesium,
contains vitamins C, and E, iron, zinc and silica.
Wood Betony (Betonica officinalis): The sedative
effects of Wood Betony offer benefits in treating

be caused by stress. It is also soothing for headaches,
including pain in the face and neck due to muscle
tension. Wood Betony is an effective blood cleanser,
helping with heart problems, jaundice, gout and colic.

Hops (Humulus iupulus): The main use of hops
is to alleviate nervous tension, shock, and to promote
restful sleep. Its relaxing powers help to stop itching
and other skin irritations. Because of its cleansing
effect on the liver it amplifies the properties of
the other herbs it is combined with. It will also
reduce inflammation and accompanying pain. Hops are

carried to the part of the body where they are needed.
Many consider it unequaled for warding off disease
and equalization of blood circulation. When taken
with meals, capsicum aids digestion, metabolism, and
the secreting organs. It has the ability to assist
the body in rebuilding stomach and intestinal tissues
and healing stomach and intestinal ulcers.
